Your pc couldnt start propely

Hello i have a hp 15 form 2013 and everytime i turn on my laptop

it takes me straight to a blue screen that says. Your pc coudnt start propely

A required device isnt connected or cant be accessed

Error code 0xc0000185

Youll need to use the recovery tools on your installation media. If you dont have any installation media (like a disc or usb device) contact your system administrator or pc manufaturer

Press f8 for startup setting

You need to get a windows install disk and use the repair function on the disk . Boot from the cd and when it asks what you want to do select repair. You could also try running a sfc scannow in command prompt this will scan your system files and repair corrupted files. Make sure you run the scan as admin.
