Digitizer not working fully until lock and unlock cycle.
My phone has strange symptoms... Only the very bottom row of icons/the slider work when I first unlock my phone; I then have to then lock it then unlock it, then everything works perfectly.
I've tried opening it up to make sure the screen/digitizer connectors are all clean and in full contact as well as restoring the software to stock. Both of those have not solved the issue.

I swapped the screen over to my wifes phone and it has the same issue, so it's definitely localized to the screen.
It's so odd that it works perfectly, but only after unlocking, locking, then unlocking again.
It's a head scratcher.
