Why my keyboard and mouse didn't work

my keyboard and mouse didn't work but the screen and windows start as it used to be ,I tried different USB port and PS/2 port nothing happen .

maybe problem from motherboard can you help me please

there are a couple of settings that you can try.

In BIOS there is an option to enable or disable USB mouse or keyboard.

***you should have an ps2 keyboard - bios will work by default with PS2 keyboard.

if it fails, than a BIOS reset will do the trik.

***before BIOS reset try a new keyboard or borrow one...
