Possible to change the screen for a higher resolution one?

Is it possible to replace the screen with a higher resolution one by any chance?

If so, any pointers to a one that might work?

just to add, I'm OK with dismantling everything and putting it back together, so this will be jsut the LCD panel to switch out :)

It's a late 2007 2.16ghz model

they would know what screens fit what models. The limiting factor is your VIDEO CARDS max resolution.
