2 different drones. 1) the rpm's get very high but no altitude
2)I press take off, the motors rev up and then it flips over to the left upside down never taking off? How do I fix these?

you have the wrong blades on. There should be 2 blades with a hole in the centre and 2 without the hole... This means the blades are working against each other. I has the same. As a last resort I read the instructions... they were very hard to find... you have to follow the link in the paper instructions (not particularly useful)
-place the propellers with a hole in the middle on the motors with a protruding axle
(front right and rear left motors);
-place the propellers without a hole on the motors without protruding axle (front
left and rear right motors).

This was why my parrot mambo wasn't taking off also - thanks!
Sounds like you have one of the propellers with a spun hub, or split in the blade. Does it flip over the same direction every time? Possible that the servo is stuck to the far, left, or far right?
If your not getting lift on one side put your hand under each blade and feel for equal air pressure from each blade. Also possibly check your blade angles, you could have a blade out of whack or bent. try flipping the propellers from left to right side and see if you get the opposite results that will narrow it done to your propeller/s lift is produced by blade angle & speed, it might be one blade needs a micro adjustment.
