Hello everyone . So I won a tablet at a work event . That night my boyfriend set a password to login . Next day I went to login and I put in the password 3 times and the screen turn completely black and some green banner came across the screen asking for a system password? My tablet is brand new there's no information on it . it's never been used please help !!!

Hi,
You could try restoring you pc using the recovery system. It restores your pc to default status. As you haven't got any personal data stored on it yet you do not have to worry about losing data due to the pc being restored.
