There is a guide for removing the bezel iMac Intel 24" EMC 2267 Front Bezel Replacement, but I haven't created the rest of the items for removing the HD. Basically it is the same as Sostituzione Disco Fisso nell'iMac Intel EMC 2266 da 20" with some slight changes of the cable positions and screw lengths.

Unfortunately there isn't a guide for this model yet. Basically you have to remove the screen glass with the aid of two suction cups, it is held by magnets. Then you remove all the screws holding the front bezel, they are easyly spotted. Take care of the iSight camera and microphone cables on the top. Once you removed the bezel you are ready to remove the screen. It is held by four screws at each corner (if i recall right) and there are two cables to the logicboard you have to take care of. Then you'll see the innards of the machine in all it's glory ;-)
