I repair phones but i cant fix Duos GT-7562 that cant boot after model logo and restart Automatically and show Model logo again and again ,, So i thought to replace the responsible part about boot from old mobile (scrap) .

Meedo Abdo, pretty common for Samsung. Sound more like a ROM issue than a hardware issue since it does turn on, but is stuck in a bootloop. Try the suggestions from here first. If you do feel that it is a power issue, check the flow chart and check the components as outlined.
