so basically I got my iPod touch 5 screen fixed at a ifixphones kiosk in the mall about 2 weeks ago. Today I was using it fine regularly and my screen blacked out. It just turned off. I went to apple and they automatically noticed I got it fixed somewhere else . I connected it to a computer and it was recognized soits not the device its my screen. HELP! What happen ?! BTW my home button doesn't work

It's almost certainly a faulty screen. These screens are inexpensive and, as such, aren't extensively tested (ie. "burn-in" tests) prior to shipping, so the screen likely was in poor condition and eventually just failed. Return to the kiosk and they should replace it if they are at all reasonable. If not, think about ordering one and doing it yourself - Touch 5s are not too bad to work on.
