iPhone 5S is dead...?

Hello,

Have a dead 5S here where two Capacitors c275 and C22 is gone. Are these components necessary to be in the circuit? And can this be the only reason why the Phone will not start? Thank you if someone have time to answare... :-).

They're filtering capacitors for the input power. No, they're not required. Check for damage to or missing resistors around that area. They would cause the phone not to start.
