Yes. According to your model it may have an alternator that feeds a voltage regulator that charges the battery as long as the motor is running.
- Check the voltage across the battery to make sure you have 12 volts DC or greater. If the voltage drops and remains low, then the alternator is not doing its job.
- Could you give us the model number?
