Why does my screen go black and requires me to restart
My screen goes black, I have to restart for it to come on and then it goes black again

Hi Claud,
Try a hard reset.
Be aware that a hard reset will erase all your downloaded apps and user data and will restore your tablet to a factory default condition. It will be like when you first bought it.

I also did that, it worked for 5 min. then the same thing happened again.
