Is my motherboard repairable?

Few days ago my cpu (possibly) got short circuited due to thunderstorm in my area. My router was affected too. My operating system is working fine but i'm facing performance issues.

1) My monitors displays everything in blue scale, other colors are not displayed.(NO it's not monitor or VGA cable problem. I tested them both on separate machine.)

2)My internet works extremely slow on PC which is connected to router via RJ-45. (Works fine on other devics via wi-fi!!)

Can someone explain me what might be the problem???
