The link below shows the problem that I am having with my LG tv 32LH3000.
Can someone help me how to solve this issue?

Manuel, unplug your set and take the back cover off. Take a look at the power board and check for leaking or otherwise damaged capacitors as well as other obvious damage. Post some images of your boards so we can see what you see. Judging by the video it appears to be either a power board or LCD issue. Use this guide to add images to your question.

Kind of hard to see but unless you want to test the components on the board itself, I'd replace the power board next. Let me know so I can send you the service manual

Two basic troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Try a different input
2. Try a different device on the inputs

Hi,
The problem is not with the input
The problem is when I switch on my tv it only shows as seen in the video. The problem occured when we had a power cut and when the power come back. Could be power supply or motherboard issues?
