water damaged HTC ONE wont turn on

I really need some help im near tears, i was in school and dropped my HTC ONE down the toilet, i removed it as quickly as possible and dryed it of, i then put it in the desiccator and at the end of the day took it home and put it in dry rice it was thursday it happened its now saturday, when i put it on charge the red light in the corner goes on but after a while it goes of it has viberated a few times but just dosent want to turn on and work also when i shake it a little i can hear something i dont no if its wanter or what i have tryed a hair dryer but right now its in rice HELP!!!!! PLEASE!!!
