iPhone 5 mute/ring switch

HI all,

i've replaced on an iphone 5 the power button flex cable, all fine, but when i turned the phone on all was working a part from the vibration switch was not working so i completelly replaced the part thinking that i damaged the part during the assembing, so i mounted a new one.... same issue.... i checked that mechanically the switch was moving and it did it, so i took another iphone 5 for testing the flex cable and gess what?? the switch was working..... so my question is how i can fix it?

do i need to make a restore and see what's happening?

did someone had the same issue?
