touch screen doesn't work properly

Hi,

From few days the touchscreen doesn't work properly.

when I switch on my note 2 the touchscreen works until after few minutes start to react slower un il not Wark at all. The pen is still working. Do you have any ideas of the reason and how eventually fix it? Thank you.
