Why doesn't my replacement digitizer stay on?
My replacement digitizer sticks up above the iPod and won't stay on. Any suggestions? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Putting the digitizer back on is a lot easier than removing it. All you have to do is reconnect the digitizer ribbon end back to the it's socket on the green board. Be careful not to pull on the ribbon too much, as you may and up with a broken digitizer again. The proper position of the cable can be seen in the disassembly guide. After finishing the connection, it's time to snap the plastic bezzel of your digitizer back into the iPod touch frame. Place the digitizer ontop of your iPod touch and align it with the body. Refer on the manual for the placement of clips, so that you know where to press on the digitizer to clip it in place. After placing the digitizer back, apply some pressure and run your finger on the digitizer edges so as to ensure that the clips are locked securely.
