I replaced the cracked screen. Won't turn on

I replaced the cracked screen on Galaxy tab 3. When I plug it in to charge it shows it's charging on screen but won't turn on now. Any ideas?

I would suggest checking the battery cables if everything is tightly connected. It might be the battery cable is loose , since its showing when its plugged in but won't turn on.
