You can try the following step:

As the phone begin to reboot, press and continue to hold the + volume button. This process starts the iPhone in "Safe Mode." It may allow you to return to the Lock screen. Perhaps this will assist you in restoring the device in iTunes. I would love to hear how this turned out for you.

Thank you,

Michael

Update (01/04/2016)

Try the following:

1. Disable iCloud syncing

When stuck in iPhone blue screen of death in iwork, one workaround to alleviate the iWork-related reboots is to disable iCloud syncing for Apple's Pages, Keynote, and Number apps.

2. Use the freeware ReiBoot

There is an excellent program called ReiBoot. It is the freeware and you can use it to restart your iPhone in blue screen of death. It will never cause any data loss or damage to your iPhone.

Download and install ReiBoot on your Windows PC (Windows 10/8.1/8/7/XP/Vista). Mac users go to ReiBoot for Mac and it works on Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan, 10.10 Yosemite, 10.9/10.8/10.7/10.6.

no work :( ,I tri it but whatever I do the iPhone stills rebooting until I press home + power for 30 seconds he power off.

the full story it's tis: when te 9.1 be releases I try to upgrade (OTA) but don work something gone wrong an I fall in to a boot loop so I put the phone in recovery mode and I start to restore it then in the first reboot start the problem. the iPhone starts a rebooting again and again every 5 seconds and now finally I pit it on dfu mode but it's te same story in iTunes says waiting for the iPhone and the iPhone starto to looping again

before that happens when I have ios 8.2.1 some times the iPhone bricks and turns completely blue screen (similar at the windows blue dead screen without the white text ) eventually shut down himself and when the ios starts I unlock it and after 5 minutes the iPhone reboots himself again and I could solve that problem restoring and upgrading to ios 9.0.2

hope you could understand my English, this is not my mother language

REALLY THANK YOU GUYS 4 T HELP
