my irulu tablet is just stuck on the logo screen, i pressed the power key foe 10 secs, did the volume up and power key together its just stuck wont shut down or boot up

I've had similar issues with other devices ( android and iOs). When this happens the best possible suggestion i could give you is to just wait it out until the battery is completely drained. I've had to do that before and it does stink but if that is happening that may be your only solution.

I did wait it out but still the same thing on a friend's that I am trying to fix.

i got it to the screen where it factory reset bt it restarted and stuck at the same logo screen
