Does IF258-011-1 include touch screen or is it lcd only?

Can someone tell me if the part IF258-011-1 is lcd and touch or is it lcd only? I don't see any other part in the store for the lower half of the 3ds xl but i want to make sure that this is the only part i need before i commit.
