When turning it on it will show the Apple start up screen for about 25 seconds then it shuts off. it doesn't indicate that the battery is low it just shuts off. has anyone heard of this happening before and if so is there anything i can do?

i know this is kinnda late. but if the problem isnt fix ill help.
my nano did the same. It would show the logo then turn off. I took it to the apple store and all they did was restore it on itunes. when you connect your ipod to itunes, go to your ipod summary. It should have a button that says "restore". Just click that(:
