Why is my screen stay black after tried to instal windows10
my mother in law tryed to install windows 10 and now laptop wont pass 99% on the recovery modeand windows 10 doesnt work

Windows 10 again. Hard start and dont reinstall. Power off. Hold volume - and power on. Conferm prompts. The end.
