Why is My wifi wont turning on?

i got out from my home today morning tuned off my wifi then when i reached my office i tried to open it again it keeps saying turning on your wifi but noting happen then it goes back again to turn off

i tried to restart and shut down the Device but nothing happened and it i figured out that the bluetooth also do the same thing ...!

my device exactly is

my android version is 4.2.1 JELLY BEAN
