any suggestions for routing wires when replacing screen?

I am replacing the lcd on my macbook (a1181). I am having a very hard time of keeping the wires in place on the lower left and right side of the screen (by the hinges) and cannot keep them in place properly so that I can install the screws. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to keep them properly placed? I am quite frustrated.

Thank you.

I second this...although I've removed many MacBook hinge covers, and put the cabling and hinge back in place on many machines, it's always frustrating, and I rarely am able to get the hinge cover on there without breaking a clip or two, and in addition it's hard to judge the proper length of the cabling to leave inside and outside of the screen assembly. I'd certainly love to see a YouTube video of someone demonstrating the proper and damage-free way to do all this!

i looked at the photos again after a ton of frustration. It looks like they are routed outside of the hinges not between the hinges and the screen like i was trying to do. Much much much easier and went back together fairly quickly after that.
