Why does itunes appear while charging and in fact no recharging?
my iphone 4s doesn't recharge anymore and while it is in charger itunes signal appear?!!!!

You are in DFU mode.
To exit DFU mode, press home button and power button in same time for 7 sec, then release the power button and still pressing home button until the iTunes logo disapear.

my phone power is off , you want me to do this steps while it is close ?
