My Kindles won't charge. It is not the charger

jville10, to replace those Kindles, you'd have to discuss that with Amazon. To repair them under warranty, you'd have to discuss that with Amazon as well. If you are sure that it is not a charger issue then you most likely have a bad charging port. Common error with those. There are quite a few different models and you did not tell us which one you are inquiring about. Select your model from here and then select the motherboard guide (most of those have one). Follow the guide, remove the motherboard and consider re-soldering the port or ( if you can find one for your model) replace the port.
