Water damaged and buttons wont work

Two days ago I was duck hunting and my phone fell into the marsh without me knowing. It must have been like 5 minutes before I'd realize I'd dropped it. But I took the battery out and left it in my pocket. I took it home and put it in a bag of rice. The phone will turn on but it wigs out like I am pressing the home buttons and side buttons. It keeps doing it no matter what I do. I want to be able to get my stuff off of it. Pictures, music, contacts ect. I dont know if there is a place to get it replaced or if there is anyway to deactivate the buttons to just get into to download the content. This is a long shot but please help!! Thank You.
