Why does my phone freeze?

When I turn my phone on it freezes on the T mobile screen. It lets me go to the reboot when I first turn it on and I have done that. But it still freezes after on the same T mobile screen. Why?

I Think Your Memory Is Full Or Your Ram Is Overloading Its Because Of Your Apps Or Big Files So I Recommend You To Factory Reset Your Phone. I Hope It Works
