3 Why won't it charge?
I have it plugged into the AC adapter, but it's not charging or showing any lights.

Does the charging port on the device look damaged in any way? If so that could be the issue.

This is quite a broad question, as you never explained if you attempted to use another adapter, or if it required force before to start a charge.
