My handphone was locked

My handphone was locked due to my sensor touch of the phone is not working properly. So i had tried to unlock the phone until reached the max time & at the end it ask to unlock the phone using login by google mail.

However, i tried to login by using the google account that i've recently used, but it popup wrong username or password. I don't know whether the google account that I login is correct or not.

I don't know what else to do to unlock the phone & now I'm getting stuck to fix it.
