Dropped it now its broken HELP!

Okay to elaborate, basically this phone (Samsung Galaxy S 3 neo) has no grip and it slipped out of my hands and fell. NoWe the screen is very badly cracked (Only the top half) luckily it's a very new phone and I still have the protector screen on so everything remains in place I'm too worried to turn it on in case I short it out or something due to it being dropped on its head.
