If you're just putting in the deck, you should be fine. The more of the matter is finding a wiring harness that supports that model of Honda car, and a kit of which to hold the deck into place (if needed). After installation, you'll have to fine tune the sound. That deck should be powerful enough to put out some noise to stock speakers. But, if your speakers are bad, you'll know (I guarantee) and will have to upgrade the speakers too.
