hi i saw your solution to replacing a back unit, but that's expensive, meanwhile, only my glass is cracked, so i see that many people on ebay are selling just to glass, how do i remove and install that?

The actual replacement is straight forward, however, the frame to which the glass panel attaches can be difficult. The design is similar to the iTouch front panel, so if you are familiar with performing that repair, it may not be a problem.
