Home Button not functioning and battery not charging anymore

i there, i bought a cheap 5s with a bootloop. I managed to fix the bootloop. Now the mobile would be working "normaly" but after i build out the logicboard and build it in again the home button is not working anymore and the battery isnt loading either.

i had another 5s where i changed the logicboard back and forth and i also checked the powerbutton of the other, both were working before and one was even new.

any idea what could have happened to the button, i mean if its not dead, just not working in my phone, and why is the battery not charging anymore. I also have two new ones which i swapped and also both worked but none of them is loading anymore. I even bought a new usb/lightning cable and its working defo.

now i ordered another home button and a lightning board. but like i said, i dont know if its working when i switch the home button again. Maybe something else is damaged ?

i also read about the FL11 mistake why batterys are none working. My ones are working but theyre just not charging !!

If you need a foto to help me out just lemme know. I just did one where i think the FL11 is sitting but im no electronic expert. But maybe you can see, assume something ?
