Laptop screen black with grey lines on startup.

I have to press on the bottom sides of the bezel to make it normal again. I would think it was the lcd cable but I already replaced that. Also, this only ever happens when I'm turning the computer on or waking it from sleep. I can move the screen up and down with no problem when it's already on. Sometimes, I'll be on the laptop and it'll be perfectly fine and I'll decide on a whim to put the computer to sleep and then wake it up to see what happens. Without fail, the screen will be black with the lines until I press on the bezel, even though I didn't move the screen at all.
