iPhone doesnt ask messaged to insert sim after closing it.Whats wrong?

I have a 5s, the sim worked fine. Then i wanted to close the phone and forgot to eject the simcard slot. (i guess i moved the whole board down somehow??) and now it doesnt even ask the message for a simcard to insert anymore. :(

its just searching and searching like a card is inserted.

why isnt it asking for my simcard anymore ???? :/ Thanks
