Help with broken Lasko standing fan, capacitor specifications..

Hello scientists, I'm trying to fix up this Lasko standing fan.

1. plugged in
2. motor doesn't spin
3. rotors doesn't seem obstructed

DIY on youtube suggests to replace capacitor, but I've done an ebay search.

1. Dont really know what I'm looking for.

there's a portion of the wall of the motor that chipped out whilst I was trying to free what seemed to be a constricted wire. I misjudged how on how brittle it was and just pooped off.

Is this doable?

I don't have solders I hope the capacitor can be easy to install,

i have e.tape :D
