Any option of getting deleted photos back

I owned an asha 200 phone. Now i sold it to a third party. Now i am afraid that if he will be able to retrieve my deleted personal photos in the phone. Is there any option for that.

I also wanna know if its possible if the photos were stored in my sd card (i hadnt given my sd card to him).

If they were stored on your SD card and you have the SD card then there is no way he can access the photos.

I don't think the device has a bigger enough internal storage for the the photos to actually have been stored on the phone.
