MacBook Display has some water marks

Hi,

My MacBook Pro mid 2014 a1502 accidentally water damaged in bottom and top casing. I tried to clean its components using isopropyl alcohol in mother board and its working fine except few water marks in screen.

Initially 2 months ago water marks were scattered throughout the screen and much visible only in white background.

Now its almost gone except 10% left over in bottom of screen.

Can u please help me to get rid of it as I can't spend to replace screen.

Also if I continue to use, does any problem arises?
