blank screen caps lock light on and blinking

I was uodating windows 7 , had to leave unplugged and took home. Now it turns on but has a blank screen, no backlighy, caos lock flashes every two seconds, thepower button is on,wufi light on, can hear the fans occasionally. Tried a hard reset and hooking it up to tv, nothin. !!
