Help! My phone is glitchy and ghost clicking everywhere!

Use this iFixit guide to disconnect then reseat the display cables.

If the above does not help, then you need a new screen assembly.

That same guide has links to the needed parts and tools. iFixit sell excellent quality screens in a kit complete with the right tools that allow you to attempt the repair yourself. Otherwise, depending on the quality of the parts used and price policy of the repair shop, replacing the screen should cost you something between $65 up to $109+tax if you go to an Apple Store.

Don't buy a cheap screen from eBay or Amazon. This will end up costing you more that buying a good quality part from reputed sellers that stand behind their product with a solid warranty. If you receive a defective part, and have to repeat the process a couple of times, that's double the risk of damaging something in your phone since every time you disassemble your iPhone (or have it disassembled), you risk damaging something - may be permanently. Take if from someone who does this for a living.
