Problem with taking pictures, video is working fine

My camera makes wonderful videos as ever, but cannot take pictures anymore.

Fitstly it cannot focus properly and secondly, after shooting, the picture gets out overexposed and with many bright vertical stripes, you can bearly see anything but silhouettes. It happened atonce while I was taking pictures without changing the settings or anything.

I would appreciate any help.
