My keyboard and track pad/mouse don't work after logging on?

I logged my MacBook Air on this morning and logged in but once I had logged in I couldn't move the mouse or use the keyboard and Bluetooth keyboard setup is open, I haven't even touched this and dont have a wireless keyboard or mouse near. I have tried the NVRAM reset and the smc reset and they haven't worked any suggestions on what to do???

Opzioni

Try starting up in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift key on start up. Then go into the system preference and look at the setting on your mouse and keyboard.
