iPhone 4S water damaged, flash & speaker problem
Yesterday I was soaked in rain, but thankfully my iPhone 4S was in my bag. So, it was not drenched but was in touch with water for about an hour. When I reached home I saw the Flash light is on. From the process of trying to turn it off to the last time, the phone has been shut down and started for about 5 - 6 times. All this times, it was everything okay (touch, wifi etc.) except the flash (always on) and speaker sound (it was giving broken sound). So, finally I've put it inside rice around 12 hours ago and kept it air-tight.
So, what should I do now? How long to keep it inside rice? When I will take it out, charge will probably run out. Can I charge it to test?
Note that, I am not in a situation to open the casing manually but may be (yes, may be) I will be able to take it to a repair shop. Oh and I saw the water-damage-sensor in the bottom (can't locate the one in microphone jack properly), it was white, not red or pink.
