My iPhone mic only works with siri

Mi iPhone 5s mic doesn't work during calls or voice notes only works with siri. Some ic are broken of the logic board when trying to pry battery. I would like to know which specific ic controls mic. The ic that are missing is right I front of the doc connector flex cable
