Problem with Charger or Battery

Before the problem starts my charger would have a hard time connecting and charging my battery.

Problem started last weekend, my battery went from 50% to 0% in an instant and it won't charge. My battery cycle was at 1100 and I replaced it 2 days ago with a battery I ordered from iFixit. Now, with my new battery installed. My charger still won't charge. The charger says it is connected in the "AC Charge Information" but it doesn't charge. I notice that my charger only connects when my laptop was in sleep mode or shutdown. Is this a charger problem or battery/laptop problem.

I also tried resetting the SMC and it didn't fix the problem.

In short, I need help finding out if my charger is the main problem (hopefully) so I can buy a charger immediately.
