SSD Became Very Slow
Hi
Recently I could not boot my macbook as the blinking question mark folder appeared. After some troubleshooting and tinkering, I found that there was an issue with my HDD cable.
So, I got my hdd cable replaced and now the system is able to boot with the ssd. However, now the ssd has become very2 slow. Every few minutes, the colourful beachball mouse pointer comes up and the application state becomes "Application is not responding". After some 1 minute or so, it continues fine and than after few more minutes, the same state happens again. I replaced my ssd with the normal disk and the that disk works fine. I do not think its the hdd cable issue as the system is able to detect the ssd.
Please advice..my system details is as follows:
MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012)
Processor 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
OS Yosemite 10.10
Thanks
