MacBook doesn't turn on

I understand there are a couple of threads on Macbook pro not turning on. Yesterday, I found that the screen was flickering quite a lot while booting but it got resolved as soon as I connected it to a LCD TV. At that time, I checked that the Macbook was fully charged. Today, when I tried to turn it on, it didn't. I tried SMC reset but seems like it didn't work as well. It is not turning on completely, and earlier, I thought it to be a screen issue but it wasn't the case.

I had bought it in Dec 2013 and warranty has lapsed now.
